Smith’s CPR-SL is a 3-component, fluid applied Cementitious Polyurethane self-leveling slurry used to resurface and protect floors susceptible to Thermal Shock and water erosion in medium-duty traffic environments. Smith’s CPR-SL works well in damp conditions and on floors with slightly elevated moisture emission levels up to 4% MC / 90% RH / <10 lbs. moisture vapor emission with up to 14 pH. More durable than most competitors self-leveling grade cementitious urethane products due to a proprietary cement / aggregate blend. Self-smoothing when applied 3/16″ to 3/8″ ave. per lift and will accept a direct broadcast of Quartz or Vinyl Chip into the fresh surface. Natural Beige color with Smith’s Dry Pigment Packs sold separately.
RECOMMENDED USES:
- To resurface eroded concrete floor from 3/16” to 3/8” per lift
- Tappers down to 1/8″ at transitions around drains, etc.
- Accepts a direct broadcast of Quartz or Flake when desired
- For Thermal Shock risk areas up to 200°F constant water immersion once cured
- Steam cleanable when installed >3/16″ (min. 188 mils)
- Food Related areas to include:
- Breweries/Distilleries – Bottling, Coolers, & Production areas
- Chillers/Freezers *(Once cured)
