Smith’s LEPLEX is a Ready-to-Use, waterborne Polymeric concrete and masonry bonding agent with a blue tint.  Smith’s LEPLEX permits adhesion of new cementitious materials, plaster, stucco and concrete to themselves or other sound/sound structural surfaces.  Increases the working time by reducing the absorption of water from the fresh cement layer, improves finishing and reduces pinholes vs. SSD.  Cures quickly, readily accepts cement in 1 to 2 hours after priming and can be overlayed for up to several days if the surface of the primer isn’t contaminated.
