Royal Tint

Smith’s Royal Tint may be used to rejuvenate old slabs as well as fix undesired variances in color including, but not limited to integral colored slabs and color hardener installs.  Smith’s Royal Tint has been successfully tested with numerous solvent-based sealers, such as Smith’s Poly-SB and Smith’s Royal Seal.  When using another manufacturers solvent-based acrylic sealer, test with Smith’s Royal Tint for compatibility.

WARNING: Only for use with solvent-based acrylic sealers!

Smith’s Royal Tints are packaged in 1/2 gallon containers, which will yield a solid color when mixed with 5 gallons of Smith’s Royal Seal or use 3 Royal Tint color packs to a 15 gallon kit of Smith’s Poly-SB (10% Royal Tint by volume to sealer for a solid color).  The system was designed to achieve a monotone color with a 2 coat application on moderately profiled concrete, thus heavy textured concrete may require additional applications.

Antiquing / Faux stains for highlights or rejuvenating colored concrete may be achieved by adding 1% Royal Tint by volume to Smith’s Royal Seal or Smith’s Poly SB.
