Smith’s CPR-HD is a 3-component, trowel applied Cementitious Polyurethane Mortar used to resurface and protect floors susceptible to thermal shock and water erosion in heavy castor, forklift and pallet jack traffic environments.  It’s trowel grade consistency is ideal for sloping to drains as well as resurfacing large eroded floor areas.  Withstands thermal shock of -330°F (Liquid Nitrogen) to 250°F (Steam), both from spills to constant exposure.

Smith’s CPR-HD may be used as a stand-alone, functional wear surface as well as a base for a Quartz broadcast in conjunction with Smith’s Polyaspartic products as the grout coat or topcoated with a durable Polyurethane, such as Smith’s Poly-WB or Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S.

Smith’s CPR-HD works well in damp conditions and on floors with slightly elevated moisture emission levels up to 85% Relative Humidity and up to 15 lbs., to include but not limited to 7 to 10 day old fresh concrete.
