Smith’s CPR-SL is a 3-component, fluid applied Cementitious Polyurethane self-leveling slurry used to resurface & protect floors susceptible to Thermal Shock & water erosion in medium-duty traffic environments. Smith’s CPR-SL works well in damp conditions & floors with slightly elevated moisture plus it’s more durable than most competitors self-leveling grade cementitious urethane products due to a proprietary cement / aggregate blend. Self-smoothing when applied 3/16″ to 3/8″ ave. per lift and will accept a direct broadcast of Quartz or Vinyl Chip into the fresh surface. Natural Beige color with Smith’s Dry Pigment Packs sold separately.
Smith’s CPR-MD is a 3-component, flowable, rake & trowel grade Cementitious Polyurethane Mortar with very good flow characteristics, allowing the applicator to spread & finish like a self-leveling product but has the ability to control mild slopes to drains as well as yields a wear surface strong enough to accept forklift or pallet jack traffic without requiring a Quartz broadcast for durability against indentation. Protects floors susceptible to Thermal Shock as well as water erosion due to steam or hot water cleaning in moderate traffic environments such as food & beverage environments, automatic car washes, constant damp conditions & much more. Natural Beige color with Smith’s Dry Pigment Packs sold separately.
Smith’s CPR-HD is a 3-component, trowel applied Cementitious Polyurethane Mortar used to resurface & protect floors susceptible to thermal shock & water erosion in heavy castor, forklift or pallet jack traffic environments. Its trowel grade consistency is ideal for sloping to drains as well as resurfacing large, eroded floor areas. Withstands thermal shock of -330°F (Liquid Nitrogen) to 250°F (Steam), both from spills to constant exposure.
Smith’s CPR-HD may be used as a stand-alone, functional wear surface as well as a base for a Quartz broadcast in conjunction with Smith’s Polyaspartic products as a grout coat or topcoated with a durable Polyurethane, such as Smith’s Poly-WB or Smith’s Hi-Wear 90S.
