Smith’s Epoxy FW38 is a fast curing 2-component, low odor, 38% solids waterborne epoxy primer and sealer for use over concrete, wood and a variety of other substrates. Smith’s Epoxy FW38 has a 1 hour pot-life and penetrates well into porous substrates at all recommended application temperatures allowing subsequent layers to be applied in a few hours. May be applied via roller, brush or HVLP sprayer
Smith’s Epoxy VCB38 is a 2-component, low odor, low VOC, fast-curing waterborne epoxy used specifically as a base coat for full broadcast Vinyl Chip systems in residential, retail and commercial environments or as an osmotic moisture vapor primer.
Smith’s Epoxy VCB38 achieves a tenacious bond at all recommended application temperatures and cures quickly, allowing for the excess, loose chips to be removed within a few hours with subsequent layers immediately following.
Smith’s Epoxy VCB38 is transparent but accepts Smith’s WSC solid color packs for use as a Vinyl Chip base coat.
Smith’s Epoxy VCB46P is a pigmented, 2-component, low odor, low VOC, fast-curing waterborne epoxy used specifically as a base coat for full broadcast Vinyl Chip systems in residential, retail & commercial environments or as an osmotic moisture vapor control primer.
Smith’s Epoxy VCB46P achieves a tenacious bond at all recommended application temperatures & cures quickly, allowing for the excess, loose chips to be removed within a few hours with subsequent layers immediately following.
Unlike other products used for a similar purpose, the working time & pot-life of Smith’s Epoxy VCB46P doesn’t vary much between cool to warm temperature installations within the recommended application temperature range allowing for a more consistent installation with optimal adhesion, less waiting at cool temperatures & less rushing at warm temperatures.
Smith’s Epoxy UCE200 Ultra Clear, Decorative 100% Solids Epoxy which offers high clarity with an extended flow time on the floor making it an excellent choice as the body coat for Smith’s Metallic & Luster coatings as well as other commercial and decorative floor coating systems such as the liquid matrix for Smith’s Epoxy HDQ-100 Color Quartz mortar system. The conveniently packaged 3 gallon kit has enough space in the Part A container for mixing all necessary components in the pail when mixing a metallic body coat.
Smith’s Epoxy UCE200 self-heals for up to 75 minutes at 72°F to achieve optimal metallic mottling as well as a very smooth finish. Smith’s Epoxy UCE200 is sold clear with optional components sold separately such as, Smith’s Metallic & Luster pigments, Smith’s Epoxy U.V. Absorber additive and Smith’s ISC Industrial Solid Color Packs, allowing the contractor to select what is needed for the individual project.

Smith’s Epoxy U100 is a 2-component, Cycloaliphatic, Chemical Resistant, Industrial Universal use 100% Solids Epoxy with excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including, but not limited, to concrete, metal & other properly prepared, sound & solid substrates. Resistant to a broad range of chemicals, Smith’s Epoxy U100 is a user-friendly, low odor, low VOC making it an excellent choice for use as a primer or base coat for solid color systems, clear coat, vinyl chip / shop floor / color quartz broadcast systems, epoxy mortars (Smith’s Epoxy HD-100 Heavy-Duty Epoxy Mortar system or Smith’s Epoxy HDQ-100 Color Quartz mortar system), patching as well as other seamless floor options.
Smith’s Epoxy FC125 is a winter formula, chemical resistant, 100% solids Cycloaliphatic 2-component epoxy engineered to replicate the working properties of Smith’s Epoxy U100 but in cooler installation temperatures of 45°F to 65°F. Becomes a fast cure epoxy when installation temperatures are between 65°F to 85°F.
Resistant to a broad range of chemicals including caustic, acids, fuels and solvents, Smith’s Epoxy FC125 is a user-friendly low odor, low VOC coating system. This universal epoxy is an excellent choice for use as a primer, solid color, clear coat, metallic, vinyl chip, shop floor or color quartz broadcast systems, applications of epoxy mortars in cooler conditions and patching as well as other seamless floor options.
Smith’s Epoxy GEL-150 is a regular cure, 2-Component, 100% Solids Thixotropic Epoxy with a gel-like consistency for use vertically or horizontally for interior application. Use as a grout coat over epoxy mortar and rough texture broadcast systems, as resinous cove with the addition of Quartz, plus general purpose patching of chips, gouges, etc. Resistant to many chemicals including caustics, acids, fuels and solvents, Smith’s Epoxy GEL-150 is a user-friendly low odor, low VOC coating system. May be used to achieve an orange peel finish when applied with a paint roller. Transparent but accepts Smith’s ISC Industrial Solid Color Packs.
Smith’s Epoxy SLS100 is a chemical resistant, heavy-duty, 100% solids epoxy self-leveling slurry intended for resurfacing and smoothing rough, eroded or uneven concrete in heavy traffic environments needing a durable, new surface with quick return to service capabilities.
Also available, Smith’s Epoxy SLS125 for applications between 50°F to 65°F with similar working time and cure rates to Smith’s Epoxy SLS100 at 72°F to 85°F. Smith’s Epoxy SLS125 is a fast cure product above 65°F to 85°F.
Unlike competitive resurfacing products, Smith’s Epoxy SLS products have the aggregates conveniently contained in the Part A pail for easier transportation and mixing on the jobsite. Because Smith’s Epoxy SLS products are strictly liquids, there is no risk associated with the mixing of this product related to airborne silica fume. Part A has enough space to mix directly in the pail with all of the kit components.
Smith’s Epoxy SLS products outperform broadcast systems and epoxy mortar systems in similar service conditions, especially in regards to gouging and impact stress.
Smith’s Epoxy FRM is a high performance, heavy-duty, 3-component 100% solids Fast Cure Epoxy Mortar Kit which is trowel applied to repair damaged concrete as well as rebuild / resurface concrete erosion, gouges, broken joint walls, etc. in heavy traffic, abusive environments needing a durable, quick return-to-service floor.
Accepts (optional) Smith’s ISC solid color packs at 5% by volume.
Smith’s Epoxy HD-100 mortar system is a high performance, heavy-duty, 3-component, high build, 100% solids epoxy mortar used to resurface eroded or uneven concrete in heavy traffic, abusive environments needing a durable, new, quick return-to-service floor. The finished system thickness is applied in 5 coats (i.e. primer, mortar, grout coat, body coat, topcoat) and can range between 3/16″ to 1″ depending on existing conditions. Accepts (optional) Smith’s ISC Solid Color Packs.
