Smith’s Pre-Coat Polymer is a water-based co-polymer which is applied to cast concrete surfaces, such as statuaries, carved concrete, cast concrete stonework, etc. prior to paints or stains to improve adhesion to smooth finished cast concrete as well achieve a more uniform stain / paint coverage.
